Organic Risotto rice preparation with organic dried porcini mushrooms.

Ingredients: Precooked Risotto rice 87%*, dried vegetables * (onion*, porcini mushrooms 3%*, zucchini*, carrots*, parsley*, leek*),vegetable broth*( Sea salt*, vegetables* (onion*, carrots*, celery*, parsley*), raw-cane sugar*, rice flower*, yeast extract*, palm oil*, turmeric*, lovage*, nutmeg* , garlic*, black pepper*), salt.

Cooking instructions: Pour package content (2 portions) into 300 – 350 ml cold water (you may add some white wine for refined taste). Heat water until boiling. Then let simmer 5 minutes and stir once in a while. Ready after 5
minutes.
For extra richness if desired add olive oil, shredded parmesan cheese , water, salt and spices at your discretion. This product is ready to be cooked and served. Enjoy your meal!
