
Cooking instructions: Boil water or a light vegetable broth in a proportion 1 : 3 to the Quinoa-vegetable-stew. Stir 10 minutes at high heat. Then 10 minutes covered at medium heat and stir once in a while. After this let the Quinoa-vegetable-stew simmer until the end (25 – 35 minutes cooking time).
Add salt and spices at your discretion.
Hint: Refine this delicious meal with some native olive oil or a small piece of butter.
