Organic Polenta with porcini mushrooms

 

Cooking instructions: Depending on the desired consistency of the polenta coil water in a proportion of 1 : 4 or 1 : 5. Add the polenta mix with a eggbeater and stir well. Cook at medium heat for 20 – 25 minutes. Frequently stir.

Hint: At the end add some cream/Mascarpone and ground parmesan.
