Ingredients: Precooked barley 82%*, dried vegetables 16%* (tomato*,onion*, dried red bell peppers*, zucchini*, carrots*, leek*, parsley*), vegetable broth* (Sea salt*, vegetables* (onion*, carrots*, celery*, parsley*), raw-cane sugar*, rice flower*, yeast extract*, palm oil*, tumeric*, lovage*, nutmeg*, garlic*, black pepper*), salt.

Cooking instructions: Pour package content (2 portions) into 300 – 350 ml cold water. Heat water until boiling. Then let simmer 10 minutes and stir once in a while. Ready after 10 minutes. For extra richness if desired add olive oil or butter, water, salt and spices at your discretion. This product is ready to be cooked and served. Enjoy your meal!
