
Cooking instructions: Boil water or a light vegetable broth in a proportion 1 : 3 to the Barlotto. Cover after 5 minutes and stir once in a while.
Let the Barlotto simmer until the end (30 – 40 minutes cooking time). Add salt and spices at your discretion.
Hint: Refine this delicious meal with some native olive oil or a small piece of butter.
