Our organic dried sea buckthorn is from certified organic wild collection. Wild
sea buckthorn grows on the slopes of the wild romantic Pamir mountain range
on the ancient Silk Road near Samarkand in today’s Uzbekistan. The berries are
carefully dried on our own solar dryers and thereafter sorted by hand at our
Uzbek subsidiary Silk Road Organic Foods in Samarkand. Our organic dried sea
buckthorn is 100% natural and in raw-food quality. The berries themselves have
a typical sea buckthorn taste and contain small edible hard seeds. We
recommend usage of our high in vitamin C organic sea buckthorn berries as a
snack or as an ingredient in your muesli, yoghurt, salads or sauces.
