Green Khorog raisins are named after a wild and romantic town in the wild Pamir Mountains of Tajikistan, and only dried slowly, in the shade, at low temperatures.

In addition to their size being a special feature, Manucca raisins have 2-3 edible crunchy seeds made up of many nutritious components usually only available in grape seed oil.

In times past, Bukhara raisins were the preserve of the emir who, legend has it, partook of these delicious raisins with tea every day, after every meal.

Black Beauty raisins are an old type of raisin which used to be cultivated along the Silk Road but which fell into oblivion. We have replanted this raisin, with a sensational result: the raisin is large, sweet and has a shiny, deep black colour.

Sultanas are the most frequent type of raisin, and are produced in all the world’s main cultivation areas.

We have collected these choicest raisins which grow along the Silk Road –
