Our organic water melons are from our own certified-organic plantations, along the Silk Road in Uzbekistan. They mature through the hot summers becoming intensely flavourful fruits, at which point they are harvested by hand. After harvesting the melons are being peeled and cut into long and wide stripes. After this the melons are inspected before being carefully dried on our own solar dryers and sorted by hand at our Uzbek subsidiary Silk Road Organic Foods in Samarkand. Our organic dried water melons are 100% natural and in raw-food quality, naturally sweet and sticky but untreated! We recommend usage of our very aromatic organic water melons as an alternative to regular dried fruits, as a snack or cut into cubes as an ingredient in your muesli, yoghurt, muffins or cakes.
