Our organic honeydew melons are from our own certified-organic plantations, along the Silk Road in Uzbekistan. They mature through the hot summers becoming intensely flavourful fruits, at which point they are harvested by hand. After harvesting the melons are peeled and cut into long and wide stripes. After this the melons are inspected before being carefully dried on our own solar dryers. After drying they undergo another inspection at our Uzbek subsidiary, Silk Road Organic Foods in Samarkand. Our organic dried honeydew melons are 100% natural, raw-food quality, naturally sweet and sticky but untreated! We recommend usage of our very aromatic organic honeydew melons as an alternative to regular dried fruits, as a snack or cut into cubes as an ingredient in your muesli, yoghurt, muffins or cakes.
