Our fine Bio-leben soya granulate can be used miscellaneously in the vegetarian kitchen for cooking and roasting of sweet and good and solid dishes. Bio Soya granulates are suitable for example in order to make burgers, casseroles, sauces and vegetable meals. Since the soya granulates are taste neutral, even delicious sweet dishes and bakery products can be prepared with soya granulates.
Our suggested recipe: “Fruit flan“
Mix 200g fine Bio-leben Soya granulate in 3/8 Liter boiling hot milk and let it cool. Mix 5 egg yolks with 6 tablespoons of Bio-leben honey and stir until creamy for 10 minutes and slowly put 3 tablespoons of Bio-leben oil in it. Mix some lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 100g whole grain flour. Then fold in beaten egg whites and soya granulates. Spread this mixture on a plate and layer it with fruits (for example apricots, cherries). Bake the fruit flan at 200°C for around 25 Minutes and after cooling sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Did you know: Soya beans show a high concentration of plant protein and are therefore used by competitive athletes and in protein rich food.
In case of our Bio Soya granulate since it concerns a purely plant product, they are also suitable for a vegetarian– vegan diet. Apart from that Soya granulates do not contain gluten and thus can be used with a gluten poor diet.
