Our Lifestyle Organic soy oil is obtained from controlled organic and genetically unmodified soybeans. Soy oil is also known as soybean oil. The beans are first chopped before being cold pressed, so that the oil (glycines) can run out.
Why are the beans cold pressed? The raw materials and their contents are pressed cold, ensuring natural processing. Temperatures are kept low, differing according to product. In contrast to hot pressing, no additional chemical substances are used. Cold pressed oil is also known as virgin or unprocessed oil.
Use our soy oil for making savoury, cold, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Soy oil is very popular in Asian cuisine, used in salads and for seasoning vegetables. Due to its excellent emulsifying properties, our soy oil is ideal for making mayonnaise. Our soy oil has an especially mild and delicate taste. It is not suitable for frying or baking.

Lifestyle Organic Asian Thai Noodles
Cook 250 g Asian Wok Noodles using directions on the package. Take 1 onion, 1 paprika, 2 carrots, some lemon grass, (if available), 1 leek and cut them all into thin slices or cubes. Let the vegetables simmer in the wok until they are al dente. Cut 200g of tofu into small cubes and add to the wok vegetables. Add the noodles, 2-3 tablespoons of soy oil and 3 tablespoons of cashew nuts – season the ingredients according to taste. We suggest using the following, fresh or ground: garlic, ginger, curry, chili, cumin, coriander, parsley, curcuma, nutmeg, pepper and salt. Enjoy your meal!
