Ingredients for 1 Lt. Soup:
1-portion of soup veggies from the market or
1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 pc of leeks, 1 yellow carrots, 1 pc. Celery (as per choice), 1 Liter Water, little bit of parsley , Salt, Pepper and 1 bay leaf.
Preparation: first of all wash all the ingredients and peel the vegetables. Then put all the pieces in one liter par boiled water, salt, pepper and add bay leaf to it. Now leave it for at least 45 min. slightly simmering. Afterwards, sieve the soup so that all the liquid mess remains intact. Now as per taste one can cut the veggies in small cut and the soup can be again added. Before serving put the organic baking peas into it and you are ready to serve your yummy soup!
