For making our organic maize flower we use only corn grains from our  selected fields. The corns are carefully grounded till flour and then packed in best environment.

Recipe tip: Crispy Parmesan cracker

Mix 125g freshly grated Parmesan in 200g maize flower. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add a small portion of cheese mix into it. And press some of it to form a small square shape, If the cracker are well crisp and the cheese is melted, place the parmesan plate on a kitchen paper roll so that the extra fat can be absorbed.

Enjoy munching and nibbling.

Maize flower which is also known as polenta, can be used for baking and cooking without extra add ones. As the maize flower is without Gluten, it can be used with other whole wheat meal flour also.
