Basic recipe: Add one cup of Bio-leben Bulgur in 4 cups water with some salt and allow it to cook for 20 minutes. Then pour Bulgur and refine it with little butter as and when required.
Our recipe suggestion: "Vegetable Bulgur with bacon"
Cut 1 medium zucchini, 2 carrots, 1 chilli pepper, and 5 dekagram bacon into small cubes, roast and steam together. Add cooked bulgur and some grated Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt and spices.
Instead of bacon, you can also use Salami or a vegetarian alternative such as tofu sausages.
