 Is there any better wax for producing organic cherries than converting regular cherry orchards into organic fields?

 Yes there is! Harvesting wild cherries in areas that have never been in contact with any kind of pesticides.

 Our organic cherries are from secluded areas around organic certified natural reserves in Uzbekistan, Central Asia.

 We harvest our organic cherries when they are fully ripe. With a slow and careful process we dry them without adding any preservatives or colorants. The absence of pesticides is being controlled lot by lot by an independent accredited laboratory.

Pits in the final product can be a hassle. We solve this issue by laser sorting all our organic dried cherries several times after finishing the processing and thus reducing the pit count to 3 pits per 2200 lbs.

 Thanks to their natural fruity taste organic dried cherries are a perfect and healthy snack – and this with with less calories than chocolate!

 Additionally organic dried cherries add a wonderful fruity taste to muslis, fruit and trail mixes, cakes, deserts, jams and muffins.
